How do I re-gain Access to my camDates.net account incase I forget my password?
When ever you forget your username and[or] password, go to the homepage and there you can enter your e-mail address and your log-in details will be forwarded to your e-mail address. Note that camDates.net uses the supplied e-mail address to identify you, so the address you supply should be the same one you provided during your registration. Just for your information your e-mail address is unique in the world. |

I am unable to log-on to camDates.net. I am very sure my username and password are correct?
There are two to take to solve this problem. The first step is to confirm to yourself that you are actually providing the correct username and password known to camDates.net. This you can do by going to the homepage and using the "Forgot Your Password" tool to have your login-in details forwarded you your e-mail address. Now use the information you receive and try to log-in again.If this attempt fails, then send of complaint to us. |

All my search attempts have yielded a just a few or no results at all?
Due to the high demand for privacy, camDates.net has provided a profile preference option that you can use to decide weather your profile should be included in or excluded from any search conducted by other members.
I guess most people want to have this possibility so that they can play "Hide and Seek" game but in the long run they will realize it does not pay. How are you ever going to meet the person you want If you keep hiding ? Excluding your profile from a search is like hiding in cyber space. So common be a sport and break the ice. |

My Country of residence is not listed in the registration form?
We apologize for that. Please send us an e-mail with the name of the country you live in so that it will be included in the near feature. You can simply go ahead and register if you have not yet done so because there is always the possibility of editing your profile and subsequently changing your country of residence. |

What is the ideal size of a picture to upload?
The most ideal size is 315 x 315 pixels.
You know they say a picture speaks a thousand words. So try to put your best foot forward by uploading a picture. Most members feel more comfortable writing to some one they can see. |

How can other members contact me and how will I know?
Other can contact you by sending you messages and you can retrieve these messages by clicking on your "Message Box" which you can find listed on your member menu panel. You also have a limited amount of messages you can store in your "Message Box". Simply keep an eye on your "Storage Capacity Monitor". |

How can I upload my picture but yet keep it hidden from all members except for a selected few?
You can hide your picture from all members by setting up this option on your profile options page. This is the fourth step of registration or profile editing.
Once you have setup your profile preferences such that your picture is hidden, every body who wishing to view your picture will have to request permission from you by clicking on the "Ask Me For My Picture" menu on your profile page.
Using your "Picture Request List", you will be able to see who has requested permission to view your picture, grant them permission if it has not yet been granted, revoke the already granted permission when you deem that necessary, or delete the request from your list. For your own security, you can only delete a request where the requesting member has no permission to view your picture. If the reverse were made possible, you will never be able to revoke permission from a member whose request you have deleted. |
