This American, Japanese and Cameroonian are talking about democracy in their various countries.
The American says their country is highly democratic, election results are gotten 3 hours after the last man cast his vote.
The Japanese says that is nothing; in Japan, the election results are gotten electronically immediately the last man cast his vote.
The Cameroonian laughts and says all of you are still so backwards. In cameroon, we have what is called "advanced democracy", before elections are held, we already know what the results is going to be, who is going to win.
